These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with Zoiraly. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Who we are

Zoiraly is a small online retailer based in the United States, selling winter apparel and everyday accessories. You can reach us at bisherz144@gmail.com.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send you a shipping confirmation, not when you complete checkout. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if there has been a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

Pricing and errors

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We work to keep prices, descriptions, and availability accurate, but errors happen. If an item's price or description is materially wrong, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel for a full refund.

Payment

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and the card networks. Card details are sent directly to the payment processor over an encrypted connection — we never see or store your full card number.

Product descriptions and images

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colors can appear differently between screens, and measurements may vary slightly between units. Our outerwear runs slightly smaller than typical US sizing; please check the size chart on the product page before ordering.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.

Using this website

You agree not to use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy it at scale, or to submit false information at checkout. We may suspend access if you do.

Our content

The text, photography, and design on this site belong to Zoiraly or to the parties we license them from, and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot legally be limited — including your rights under consumer protection law.
