Processing time: 1–3 business days after you order.

Delivery time: 5–12 business days total, including processing.

All orders ship from our overseas warehouse with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 3–5 days to start updating — this is normal.

Shipping cost: Free on all orders.

Where we ship: United States only.

Delays: Weather, customs, and holiday volume can add a few days. Most orders arrive within the window above, but some take longer.

Wrong address: We ship to the address entered at checkout. If it's incorrect, we can't refund or resend. Please check your address before ordering.

Order hasn't arrived? If it's been more than 20 business days, email us for a full refund or replacement.
